Grief Support Through Creative Drawing
Created in memory of my mum, Elene, who passed on 7 January 2026
Grief Support can feel hard to access in the early days of loss, when words fail and emotions come in waves.
Grief Support Through Creative Drawing offers a quiet, non-verbal space to process loss through mindful, structured art practices. Using gentle drawing, colour, and form, this series supports emotional expression, grounding, and reflection during bereavement, helping those experiencing grief to reconnect with themselves, their memories, and their inner resilience in a safe, non-clinical way.
The Three-Stage Grief Support Journey
This grief support workshop series is structured as a three-stage creative journey, designed to gently support the natural unfolding of grief. While the stages are offered in a suggested order, participants are always free to begin with the drawing that feels most appropriate for where they are emotionally. Each stage uses NeurographicAI™-informed drawing to provide containment, expression, and moments of grounding during loss.
