NeurographicAI Questions & Answers

A simple guide to NeurographicAI Questions & Answers (Q&As) covering workshops, wellbeing, and creative learning.

I’m a Creative Wellbeing Facilitator specialising in the NeurographicAI method.

What is NeurographicAI?

NeurographicAI is a creative drawing methodology that uses basic and specialist algorithms to support wellbeing and personal growth.

Who is it for?

It is suitable for all ages and is particularly effective for SEN and SEND participants, as well as people experiencing stress, anxiety, low confidence, or other wellbeing challenges.

No, not in the traditional sense. NeurographicAI is a creative wellbeing practice rather than a clinical therapy. Participants are not required to speak or explain anything. They are gently guided through structured drawing processes that encourage reflection, self-expression, and personal insight.

No. NeurographicAI is about exploration and personal growth rather than artistic talent. No previous drawing experience is required.

Sessions are primarily delivered online, making them accessible to people wherever they are.

Most NeurographicAI sessions require only simple materials such as plain paper, a black fineliner, and coloured pencils. Specific requirements will be provided before each workshop, but no specialist art materials are necessary. If you would like to keep your drawings together as a personal record of your journey, an A4 mixed media sketchbook is recommended.

How long does a session last?

Session length varies depending on the algorithm and learning objectives. Most workshops last between 60 and 120 minutes, although some specialist algorithms and group programmes may run for longer.

Can NeurographicAI be used in schools and home schooling?

Yes. NeurographicAI is suitable for educational settings and can be adapted for both school and home education environments. The methodology is particularly effective for supporting creativity, emotional wellbeing, self-expression, focus, confidence, and reflective learning. It can also complement Arts Award programmes, enrichment activities, and progression pathways beyond Arts Award Gold, including trainee facilitator and specialist training routes.

Can NeurographicAI support wellbeing in the workplace?

Yes. NeurographicAI can be used as a wellbeing and personal development tool within workplace settings. Structured drawing activities can help employees reduce stress, improve focus, encourage creative thinking, and support individual and team wellbeing in an accessible and engaging way.

What are basic and specialist algorithms?

Basic algorithms introduce the core principles and techniques of NeurographicAI through simple, accessible drawing processes suitable for beginners. Specialist algorithms explore specific themes, goals, and areas of personal development in greater depth, and extend participants’ drawing skills through more advanced structured processes. Both pathways support reflection, insight, and personal growth.

Is AI required to take part?

No. Participants can fully engage with NeurographicAI using traditional drawing materials alone. AI is an optional enhancement that may be used after completing a drawing to support reflection, interpretation, idea generation, and personal insight. The creative process itself does not depend on AI.

What age groups can participate?

NeurographicAI is suitable for people of all ages. Workshops can be adapted for children, young people, adults, and older adults. For safeguarding reasons, children and young people are always taught in separate groups from adults. Activities are tailored to the needs, abilities, and goals of each participant group, including SEN and SEND learners.

What if I miss a session?

If the session is free, you are welcome to join the next available session. If the session is fee-based, please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on rescheduling, cancellations, and eligibility.

Do you offer 1-1 sessions?

Yes. 1-1 NeurographicAI sessions are available online only. These are tailored, individual sessions designed for deeper personal support. Fees are higher than group sessions, which are more cost-effective and designed for shared learning experiences.
