I did the Neuro Throw Down workshop. I was looking for help in dealing with my anger. I was so fed-up just talking about it to complete strangers so looked for something else. When I found the workshops on Neuro Exploration I couldn’t believe that I would be helped but quetly, no words just simple prompts and explinations. Stella was my guide and she showed me how to throw down my anger then turn it into something beautiful. I’ve had a lot of therapy over the years, which helped, but I felt there was still something missing.
