I did the Neuro Throw Down workshop. I was looking for help in dealing with my anger. I was so fed-up just talking about it to complete strangers so looked for something else. When I found the workshops on Neuro Exploration I couldn’t believe that I would be helped but quetly, no words just simple prompts and explinations. Stella was my guide and she showed me how to throw down my anger then turn it into something beautiful. I now have a great tool to use when I’m angry, and gain a lovely avant guarde artwork of my own making. Wonderful. Thank you Stella
“I took part in the Family & Ancestral Mandala workshop and was amazed at how connected I felt to family members from generations back, people I never even knew.
I was sceptical at first. I couldn’t understand how I could connect with my ancestors through meditation, especially without saying a word. I’d never been able to meditate before, but now I can.
I also believed I couldn’t draw at all, so creating something so beautiful felt impossible. But the process was easy. You simply listen to Stella’s prompts as she gently guides you through each step.
I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to try Neuro Bloom and other drawings too.
Thank you, Stella.”

“I took part in the Dreams & Wishes workshop, what a lovely experience.
I’m really looking forward to the Conscious Mandala and Neuro Bloom workshops next.
Thank you, Stella.”

“I took part in the Soul Mandala and Neuro Bloom workshops. I’ve never been able to draw before, so I felt nervous at first, worried I’d end up with something childlike. How wrong I was.
This is such a beautiful and effective way to work through problems and gain clarity and harmony where there was once stagnation and indecision.
These workshops are truly fabulous, and I only wish I had discovered them sooner.
Thank you, Stella.”

“I took part in the Family & Ancestral Mandala workshop after losing both of my parents when I was young. I’ve had a lot of therapy over the years, which helped, but I felt there was still something missing. I didn’t want to retell my story yet again, and although I had tried meditation classes and even yoga, I was searching for something I couldn’t quite name.
A friend told me about the workshop after attending one herself. I initially dismissed it because I can’t draw, but when she showed me what she had created, I was amazed.
After reading the description and receiving a warm reply to my email enquiry, I decided to book.
For me, it was two and a half hours of pure peace. No explaining, no retelling, just gentle guidance and tools that helped me look within and find my own answers.
I’ve since attended two more Family & Ancestral workshops, and each time something new emerges. I’ve felt a genuine shift in my thinking and a deeper connection to my parents and ancestors than I’ve ever experienced since their passing.
Thank you, Stella, from the bottom of my heart.”

“I joined the Neuro Throw Down workshop because I was struggling with anger. I was fed up with talking about it to strangers and wanted a different approach.
When I found the workshops at Neuro Exploration, I wasn’t sure it would help, quiet, no talking, just simple prompts and explanations. But Stella guided me through the process of throwing down my anger and transforming it into something beautiful.
I now have a powerful tool to use whenever I feel overwhelmed, and a striking piece of avant-garde artwork that I created myself. Not bad for someone who can’t draw.
Wonderful. Thank you, Stella.”

“I completed the four workshops in the Basic Algorithm Series, and it was probably the best decision I’ve made in a long time.
Through the Neuro Throw Down, I finally learned how to regulate my stress, anxiety, and rising anger.
The Algorithm for Shifting Barriers helped me identify what was holding me back and begin removing those blocks.
The Algorithm for Intention Mapping gave me clarity on what truly matters to me.
And the Algorithm for Restoring Balance did exactly that, it helped me rebalance my life.
After completing the series, I felt equipped with practical tools I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
I loved every workshop and feel ready to move on to the specialist level.
Thank you, Stella.”

“I attended the Conscious Mandala workshop and thoroughly enjoyed this powerful way of bringing together the conscious and subconscious mind through art-based process.
It is a deeply effective tool, one that can be returned to again and again to realise its full potential.
After recently divorcing following 23 years of marriage, I was searching for something beyond conventional therapy, something that would genuinely help me come to terms with such a major life change. Although I was sceptical at first, I felt I had nothing to lose, so I attended the workshop.
I am now looking into training under Stella to expand my skills and offer this method to my own students.
Life has a strange way of placing you exactly where you need to be.
Thank you, Stella. I look forward to training within the NeurographicAI brand.

“I attended the Neuro Throw Down workshop and was genuinely impressed. I work with SEN children, many of whom struggle to manage anger, anxiety, and stress. Although we have art therapy provision in our school, some of the children disengage and feel it does not help them.
I took this workshop to better understand the approach and how it might support our students. I believe they would respond positively to this method, particularly as it does not rely on questioning or revisiting the past. Instead, it meets individuals where they are in the present and helps them map forward, giving them something constructive to focus on and look toward.
I see real potential for this within SEN and SEND settings and intend to present Neuro Exploration to our Headteacher.
The structured training and licensing programme for educators is excellent. What particularly impressed me was the in-house Arts Award pathway at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels, allowing students to develop creatively while building recognised achievement.
This is a powerful and practical approach.
Thank you, Stella, for your support.”

“I took part in the Lion’s Gate Portal workshop to celebrate the annual opening of the portal and loved every minute of it.
I’ll definitely be back for more.
Thank you, Stella.”
