Terms & Conditions – Neuro Exploration

1. Introduction

Welcome to Neuro Exploration. These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (“the participant/client/customer”) and us (“Neuro Exploration”) when you book or participate in our workshops, courses, or services. By booking or attending, you agree to these terms.

Our workshops support wellbeing, creativity, and personal growth through Neurographica®. As a Holistic Art Therapist, Coach, and Neurographica Specialist Practitioner, sessions are therapeutic, creative, and reflective, but are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Participants under medical care should continue to follow their healthcare professional’s guidance.

2. Services Provided

• We deliver live online and in-person NeurographicAI™ workshops for individuals, groups, and organisations. Our services include:

  • Workshops for individuals: Tailored sessions to explore personal themes, build resilience, and develop creative skills.

  • Workshops for professionals and teams: Creative tools for stress management, problem solving, and workplace wellbeing.

  • Community and group programmes: Inclusive workshops designed to improve access to creative wellbeing practices.

  • Youth programmes (under 25s): As a registered Arts Award Centre and Advisor, we deliver accredited NeurographicAI™ programmes for young people, helping them gain formal recognition for creative exploration, confidence, and transferable skills.

  All services are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and adaptable. No prior art experience is required.

3. Bookings & Payments

• • All bookings must be made through our website or agreed booking platforms.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Online workshops may have limited or unlimited spaces depending on the session.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before the workshop → full refund or free transfer to another date.

  • Within 7 days of the workshop → fees are non-refundable, but bookings may be transferred to the next available session.

  • Non-attendance without notice → fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Neuro Exploration cancellations:
    
    In the unlikely event of a workshop cancellation, participants may choose between a full refund or a transfer to another session.
    

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment

• • All participants must treat others with respect.

  • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Participants who breach this policy may be removed from the session.

6. Accessibility & Inclusivity

We aim to make workshops accessible to all participants.

• Please inform us of any accessibility needs at booking so we can accommodate.

• Participants of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities are welcome.

• Online delivery ensures wide access across the UK.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

• We respect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR.

• Personal data (e.g., name, email, booking details) is used solely to deliver our services and communicate with you.

• Data will never be sold to third parties.

• Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data at any time.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Neuro Exploration and NeurographicAI™ are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.

  • By booking, participants accept responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
