Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Neuro Exploration, we aim to provide fair and transparent terms while recognising the preparation and delivery that goes into each of our workshops.

Participant Cancellations

  • More than 7 days before the workshop: You may request a full refund or transfer your booking to another available session at no extra cost.

  • Within 7 days of the workshop: Fees are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to the next available workshop if you notify us before the session begins.

  • Non-attendance: If you do not attend a booked workshop without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Our Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or facilitator illness), you will be offered:

  • A transfer to a future session, or

  • A full refund of your booking fee.

Online Delivery

All workshops are delivered online. Neuro Exploration is not responsible for participant technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity or device problems). We recommend testing your system prior to the session.

Digital Products

Refunds are not available on digital products (e.g., recorded workshops, downloadable materials, or other non-tangible goods) once they have been purchased and accessed. This is standard practice to protect intellectual property.

Accessibility and Fairness

We are committed to ensuring fair access. If you have accessibility needs, please inform us when booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
