Purpose
At Neuro Exploration, we aim to provide fair and transparent terms while recognising the preparation and delivery that goes into each of our workshops.
Participant Cancellations

More than 7 days before the workshop: You may request a full refund or transfer your booking to another available session at no additional cost.

Within 7 days of the workshop: Fees are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to the next available session if notified prior to the start of the workshop.

Non-attendance: If you do not attend a booked workshop without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Workshop Cancellations by Neuro Exploration

In the unlikely event that a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled (e.g., unforeseen circumstances or facilitator illness), you will be offered:

A transfer to a future session, or

A full refund of your booking fee
Online Delivery
All workshops, including NeurographicAIâ„¢ workshops, are delivered online. Neuro Exploration is not responsible for participant technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity or device problems). We recommend testing your system prior to the session.
Digital Products
Refunds are not available for digital products (e.g., recorded NeurographicAIâ„¢ workshops, downloadable materials, or other non-tangible goods) once purchased and accessed. This protects intellectual property and aligns with standard practice.
Accessibility and Fairness
We are committed to fair access. If you have accessibility needs, please notify us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
