Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Statement

Purpose
At Neuro Exploration, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all. Our workshops support mental health, creativity, and personal growth, and we believe these opportunities should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or circumstance.

Commitments For Adults Participants 18+

    • We welcome participants of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and cultural identities.

We strive to remove barriers to participation by offering online delivery, flexible formats, and accessibility support wherever possible.

We use inclusive language, practices, and materials to ensure everyone feels respected, valued, and able to participate fully.

We continually review our approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion, seeking feedback and making improvements to better serve a wide range of communities and individual needs.

Arts Award & Young People (Aged 13 to 25)

  • Neuro Exploration is a registered Arts Award Centre and provides creative opportunities for young people.

Arts Award workshops are offered separately from adult sessions and are structured to meet educational, equality, and safeguarding standards.

Sessions for participants under 18 include additional duty of care, parental consent, and safeguarding procedures, in line with Arts Award and UK safeguarding requirements.

Why This Matters

Equality, diversity, and inclusion are not only ethical values but are central to achieving meaningful impact in wellbeing and creativity. By bringing together people from diverse experiences and perspectives, our workshops foster empathy, connection, and resilience.

At Neuro Exploration, everyone has a place, and every voice matters.
