Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Statement

At Neuro Exploration, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Our workshops are designed to support mental health, creativity, and personal growth, and we believe that these opportunities should be accessible to everyone.

Our Commitments (Adults)

  • We welcome participants of all ages (18+), backgrounds, abilities, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and cultural identities.

  • We strive to remove barriers to participation by offering online delivery, flexible formats, and accessibility support wherever possible.

  • We use inclusive language, practices, and materials to ensure everyone feels respected and valued.

  • We continually review our approach to diversity and inclusion, seeking feedback and making improvements to better serve all communities.

Arts Award & Young People

In addition to adult workshops, Neuro Exploration is a registered Arts Award Centre. Through this programme we provide creative opportunities for young people aged 13–25.

  • Arts Award delivery is offered separately from adult workshops and is structured to meet the programme’s educational and safeguarding standards.

  • Sessions for under-18s are designed with additional duty of care, parental consent, and safeguarding procedures in place.Β

Why This Matters

We recognise that equality, diversity, and inclusion are not only ethical values, but also central to achieving meaningful impact in wellbeing and creativity. By bringing people together from diverse experiences and perspectives, our workshops foster empathy, connection, and resilience.

At Neuro Exploration, everyone has a place, and every voice matters.
