About Stella Photis | Neuro Exploration
I am a qualified Holistic Art Therapy Practitioner, Creative Arts Specialist, Lecturer & Assessor, and Neurographica Specialist Practitioner. My work combines art-based mindfulness, principles of neuroplasticity, and creative facilitation to support wellbeing, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
For over 20 years, I have worked extensively with SEN, PRUs, SEND, secondary schools, and further education, delivering inclusive creative programmes and accredited Arts Award projects. This experience revealed a universal need: people want practical tools to quiet negative thinking, expand positive mindset, and feel more in control in an often complex world.
Rather than being a single technique or system, NeurographicAI™ functions as a branded framework through which I design and deliver workshops, courses, and accredited learning programmes. Each experience is adapted to the needs of the participants while remaining grounded in ethical, trauma-aware, and non-clinical practice.
My approach uses guided flow lines and rounding (conjoining) techniques to engage both hemispheres of the brain, support nervous system regulation, and encourage new patterns of thinking and behaviour. Workshops are delivered online in a calm, contained, and supportive way, with clear boundaries and trauma-aware, ethical practice.
NeurographicAI™ – My Signature Brand
At Neuro Exploration, everything I do centres on NeurographicAI™ my bespoke, evidence-informed creative brand and programme framework. Designed to be safe, accessible, and effective, NeurographicAI™ supports wellbeing, emotional balance, and personal growth for people of all ages and abilities.
Delivered under the Neuro Exploration umbrella, NeurographicAI™ represents a distinct body of work that combines structured creative facilitation, art-based mindfulness, and evidence-informed principles of neuroplasticity. These elements are brought together to support emotional regulation, reflective awareness, and practical personal development through guided creative practice.
Participants use guided flow lines and mindful drawing techniques to engage both hemispheres of the brain, calm the nervous system, and create practical tools for resilience, self-regulation, and personal growth.
Key features of NeurographicAI™ include:
1. A clearly defined creative brand used across workshops, courses, and accredited programmes
2. Accessible online delivery across the UK, with optional accommodations for diverse abilities and needs
3. Structured, trauma-aware, and inclusive facilitation for adults, young people, and communities
4. Integration within Arts Award programmes to support accredited creative learning for ages 13–25
