About Stella Photis — Neuro Exploration
With professional training as a Holistic Art Therapist, Holistic Life Coach, Neuroplasticity, and Neurographica® Specialist Practitioner, I design and deliver evidence-informed creative workshops that help people reframe limiting beliefs, reduce stress and build emotional resilience.
My approach combines art-based mindfulness with principles of neuroplasticity. Participants use guided line work (neuro lines) and rounding (conjoining) techniques to engage both hemispheres of the brain, calm the nervous system, and create new neural pathways for healthier thinking and behaviour. Sessions are practical, accessible, and do not require previous artistic experience.
I work with:
⦁ Individuals seeking wellbeing and personal development.
⦁ Organisations and workplaces interested in staff wellbeing and reflective practice.
⦁ Community groups and statutory partners (NHS, local authorities) delivering accessible mental health support.
⦁ Young people through Arts Award programmes (Delivers accredited creative learning for 13–25 year olds as a registered Arts Award Centre).
Ethos & Values
Neuro Exploration is committed to inclusivity, evidence-based practice, and creative accessibility. We design workshops to be safe, respectful and trauma-aware. Our work aligns with wellbeing priorities and the community objectives of funders such as Arts Council England.
What participants gain
⦁ Immediate stress-reduction and clearer thinking after a single session.
⦁ Simple, repeatable creative tools for daily wellbeing.
⦁ Increased confidence, reflective capacity and problem-solving skills.
⦁ For commissions and funded projects: measurable wellbeing outcomes and clear reporting.

Impact And Outcomes
⦁ Early participant feedback shows 100% of clients reported reduced stress immediately after their first session.
⦁ Neurographica® is designed as a repeatable practice. While many participants report immediate stress relief after their first session, the benefits deepen over several drawings, supporting improved resilience and emotional balance over time
⦁ 3 workshops delivered to workplaces / community groups
⦁ Workshops are accessible online across the UK, reaching diverse audiences.
⦁ As an Arts Award Registered Centre & Advisor, I also create Neurographica opportunities for young people (13–25) to engage in creative growth.
