NeurographicAI™ Ltd is committed to creating safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environments for all participants. Safeguarding, ethics, and trauma-aware practice are foundational to every programme, workshop, and training pathway delivered under the NeurographicAI™ framework.

This page outlines our public-facing commitments. Detailed requirements are set out in formal agreements and policies issued directly by NeurographicAI™ Ltd.

1. Safeguarding Principles

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

All licensed practitioners and trainees must:

  • Act in the best interests of participants at all times
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
  • Follow safeguarding procedures relevant to their setting
  • Report safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately

Where required, practitioners may be asked to provide:

  • An up‑to‑date DBS check
  • References or professional credentials

No licence will be issued or renewed without required safeguarding documentation.

2. Trauma‑Aware Delivery

NeurographicAI™ programmes and workshops are delivered using trauma-aware principles that prioritise choice, safety, and participant autonomy.

Practitioners are required to:

  • Create emotionally safe learning environments
  • Avoid coercive, intrusive, or directive practices
  • Allow participants to engage at their own pace
  • Refrain from interpretation, diagnosis, or therapeutic claims

NeurographicAI™ is a creative wellbeing and educational framework and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

3. Professional Boundaries

Clear boundaries protect both participants and practitioners.

Practitioners must:

  • Work only within their licensed scope
  • Avoid dual relationships where conflicts of interest may arise
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Refrain from offering advice beyond their professional competence

4. Ethical Conduct

All individuals teaching or supporting NeurographicAI™ programmes or training pathways are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards, including:

  • Integrity and honesty in representation
  • Respect for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
  • Transparency around qualifications and role
  • Respect for intellectual property and brand protections associated with NeurographicAI™

Any behaviour that undermines trust, safety, or professional integrity may result in review, suspension, or removal of licence.

5. Oversight & Accountability

NeurographicAI™ Ltd retains oversight of safeguarding, ethics, and professional conduct across all licensed programmes and training activity.

Concerns may be reviewed where:

  • Safeguarding standards are not met
  • Boundaries are breached
  • Ethical practice is compromised

Protecting participants and maintaining public trust remain paramount.

NeurographicAI™ Ltd is committed to ethical delivery, trauma-aware practice, and safeguarding excellence across all levels of training and licensed activity.
