No licence will be issued or renewed without required safeguarding documentation.

NeurographicAI™ programmes and workshops are delivered using trauma-aware principles that prioritise choice, safety, and participant autonomy.
Practitioners are required to:
- Create emotionally safe learning environments
- Avoid coercive, intrusive, or directive practices
- Allow participants to engage at their own pace
- Refrain from interpretation, diagnosis, or therapeutic claims
NeurographicAI™ is a creative wellbeing and educational framework and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
3. Professional Boundaries
Clear boundaries protect both participants and practitioners.
Practitioners must:
- Work only within their licensed scope
- Avoid dual relationships where conflicts of interest may arise
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
- Refrain from offering advice beyond their professional competence
4. Ethical Conduct
All individuals teaching or supporting NeurographicAI™ programmes or training pathways are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards, including:
- Integrity and honesty in representation
- Respect for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
- Transparency around qualifications and role
- Respect for intellectual property and brand protections associated with NeurographicAI™
Any behaviour that undermines trust, safety, or professional integrity may result in review, suspension, or removal of licence.
5. Oversight & Accountability
NeurographicAI™ Ltd retains oversight of safeguarding, ethics, and professional conduct across all licensed programmes and training activity.
Concerns may be reviewed where:
- Safeguarding standards are not met

- Ethical practice is compromised
