NeurographicAI™ Ltd is the owner and custodian of its proprietary NeurographicAI™ framework, training structures, materials, and certification processes. Protecting intellectual property ensures quality, consistency, and ethical delivery across all programmes.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All NeurographicAI™ branded frameworks, drawing structures, algorithms, course content, training materials, terminology, and certification frameworks are the intellectual property of NeurographicAI™ Ltd.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Training manuals and written materials
- Diagrams, drawings, and visual structures
- Course frameworks and progression pathways
- Workshop formats and delivery models
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or adaptation is not permitted.
2. Use of Materials
Access to NeurographicAI™ materials is granted for the purpose of training and licensed delivery only.
Participants, trainees, and licensees:
- May use materials only within the scope of their training or licence
- May not copy, distribute, sell, or share materials outside authorised use
- May not publish, adapt, or rebrand NeurographicAI™ content or structures
Materials may not be used to create competing programmes or confusingly similar derivative works.
3. Certification Authority
All certification is issued solely by NeurographicAI™ Ltd.
This includes certification for:
- Basic User
- Trainee Facilitator
- Facilitator
- Specialist Practitioner
- Instructor
- Master Instructor
No individual, Instructor, or organisation is authorised to issue NeurographicAI™ certification independently.
4. Representation & Titles
Individuals may only represent themselves using titles that accurately reflect their current, valid certification and licence status.
Licensees may not:
- Misrepresent their role or level
- Use protected titles without authorisation
- Suggest endorsement, certification authority, or ownership of NeurographicAI™
5. Protection & Enforcement
NeurographicAI™ Ltd actively protects its intellectual property and professional standards.
Misuse of materials, misrepresentation, or unauthorised certification may result in:
- Withdrawal of licence
- Revocation of teaching permissions
- Withholding of certification
- Legal action where necessary
