Licensing, Professional Standards & Responsibilities

NeurographicAI Ltd operates a licensed training and teaching model to ensure consistency, safety, quality, and ethical delivery across all programmes. Licensing is a professional framework, not a barrier, protecting practitioners, participants, and the integrity of NeurographicAI™

This page outlines public-facing professional standards only. Full legal terms are detailed in individual Licence Agreements issued by NeurographicAI Ltd.

1. Licensing Framework

Licences are required for any professional delivery of NeurographicAI™ beyond personal use.

  • Licences are issued solely by NeurographicAI Ltd
  • Licences are time-limited and renewable
  • Certificates do not expire; licences do

Licensing ensures professional accountability, safeguarding, and quality assurance.

Licensed roles include:

  • Specialist Practitioner
  • Instructor
  • Master Instructor

2. Scope of Practice

Each licence defines the activities a licensee may and may not undertake.

Licensees:

  • May only teach within the scope of their licence
  • May not alter, adapt, rename, or repackage NeurographicAI™ workshops
  • May not certify participants independently
  • Must follow approved structures, terminology, and delivery standards

All certification is issued solely by NeurographicAI Ltd.

3. Professional Standards

All licensed practitioners are expected to uphold:

  • Integrity and ethical practice
  • Trauma-aware and participant-led delivery
  • Inclusivity and accessibility
  • Clear professional boundaries
  • Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality

NeurographicAI™ is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment and must be delivered responsibly.

4. Mentorship & Contribution

Licensed Instructors and Master Instructors play an active role in developing future practitioners.

This includes:

  • Hosting and mentoring Trainee Facilitators within teaching programmes
  • Providing guidance in preparation, delivery, and post-session processes
  • Modelling best practice and professional conduct

If you teach for NeurographicAI Ltd, you help train the next generation properly.

Failure to fulfil mentorship responsibilities may constitute a breach of licence.

5. Governance & Oversight

NeurographicAI Ltd retains oversight of:

  • Certification
  • Licensing decisions
  • Quality assurance
  • Professional conduct

Licences may be suspended or withdrawn where standards are not met.

Transparency & Trust

This framework exists to support practitioners, protect learners, and maintain public trust in NeurographicAI™ delivery.

NeurographicAI Ltd is committed to ethical growth, professional development, and the long-term sustainability of NeurographicAI™ practice.
