The NeurographicAI Pathway
1. Basic User
The Basic User level introduces the foundational principles, drawing structures, and reflective practices of NeurographicAI™. This level is suitable for personal development, wellbeing, and self‑use.
Outcome:
- Certificate of Completion (issued by NeurographicAI Ltd)
- No licence required
- Not authorised to teach
2. Trainee Facilitator
The Trainee Facilitator programme is designed for individuals who wish to support workshops while learning professional delivery standards. Trainees assist Instructors while gaining hands‑on experience in preparation, delivery, and post‑session processes.
Outcome:
- Trainee Facilitator Certificate
- Supervised practice only
- Not authorised to teach independently
3. Facilitator
Facilitators support teaching environments, group management, and workshop flow. This role builds confidence and professional readiness for those considering specialist or instructor pathways.
Outcome:
- Facilitator Certificate
- May assist delivery under licence
- Not authorised to certify or train instructors
4. Specialist Practitioner
The Specialist Practitioner level is for professionals wishing to integrate NeurographicAI™ into existing practice (e.g., coaching, education, therapy, wellbeing services).
Outcome:
- Specialist Practitioner Certificate
- Annual Professional Licence required
- May deliver licensed workshops within scope
- Certification issued solely by NeurographicAI Ltd
5. Instructor
Instructors are authorised to teach NeurographicAI™ workshops and programmes under licence. Instructors must uphold professional standards, branding, safeguarding, and mentoring responsibilities.
Outcome:
- Instructor Certificate
- Annual Instructor Licence required
- Required to host and mentor Trainee Facilitators
- Certification issued solely by NeurographicAI Ltd
6. Master Instructor
Master Instructors are senior educators who may train Instructors under delegated authority from NeurographicAI Ltd.
Outcome:
- Master Instructor Certificate
- Advanced Licence required
- May train Instructors (certification issued only by NeurographicAI Ltd)
- Required to mentor both Instructors and Trainee Facilitators
Certification & Authority
All certification at every level is issued solely by NeurographicAI Ltd:
- Basic User

- Master Instructor
Certificates do not expire. Licences are time‑limited and subject to renewal.

Participation in any level of training requires agreement to the relevant Training Agreement or Licence.
